We want you to be pleased with your order.


If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you have up to 14 days after receipt to put your return request. Once our Customer Care team has approved your claim by e-mail, you will just have to follow the return instructions included in this e-mail and ship us the product. You will get a full refund for the total value of your order including the shipping fees you have paid for receiving the product within 14 days of goods reception in our warehouse.

Important:
- Products returned should be unused, returned to us in their original packaging and labels attached in a resalable condition.

Please note that Our Customer Care team may ask you to send photography of the product you want to return before your request is approved.

- We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
Please note that made to order goods are non refundable in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless your products were damaged during transport.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by phone or email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund of the amount of your order (including delivery fees as well as return shipping costs for your item.

 

INCOMPLETE ORDERS

All our products listed as in stock or as ready to ship are entitled to our Returns & Refunds policy. We are happy to replace most products at the exception of made to order items that cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page here.

Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition, unused in their original packaging.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, Maison Tarbouche is not responsible for the cost of returning products. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the instructions you need to follow to ship us back the good(s).

We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to issue a refund to your original payment method after we have received the returned good(s).
